    Well I don't know if the garage will be worth 15k but even if it doesn't, it will be easier to re-negotiate with the seller on a much low figure than 15k reduction tbh

    check they are selling you the garage


    £15k for a garage on a £375k house with no parking seems reasonable,

    Does it come with a space in front of the garage as well?
