Refund Letter from Arrow Global

Received an unexpected letter from Arrow Global today saying that I'm owed a refund. With interest it's around £470, so considerable amount. I have to phone them to confirm.
My issue is that I have never heard of them! Im not in debt but was several years, but cleared it all bar an amount that Capquest try to chase me for periodically (I dispute that I owe this, otherwise I'd pay it back). Is it a con? Is it a ruse to get me to call them?

Arrow Global definitely exist as I've had debts with them. Phone them up, using the number on their website, to confirm whether this a genuine refund or a phishing scam of some kind...

It will not be a scam.
Arrow global are a massive debt purchasing conglomerate.
The regulation these days is tight in areas such as this.
