PPI after IVA

IVA finished early 2016. Mid 2016 recieve a cheque for ppi refund after bank has " no interest in refund" confirmed by IP.
Now have potential for more claims from same bank. As IP has previously declared "no interest" should that stand for future claims/refunds , or can IP pick and choose?

Hi VWMan and welcome to MSE,

If the PPI refunds relate to debts that were included in the IVA, then unfortunately, they can be taken by the IP even after the IVA has finished. If the IP chooses not to, then that is fine and you can keep it.
