So received an email from them saying I owe a debt of £28 to T-Mobile from 2014. Originally the contract was cancelled back then.
Haven't received any post as moved address. Is this gonna get worse if not paid?
Thanks
You Have Not Repaid Your T-Mobile (UK) Limited Account
As you have failed to make arrangements to repay your account, it has now been sent to Lucas Credit Services, who are one of our approved Debt Collection Agencies.
They will contact you regarding payment of the outstanding balance and all contact and correspondence should be referred to them with immediate effect.
You must call them on 01274 957060 and they will be able to help you.

Is the debt reported with any of the three CRAs?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0 -
Hi there
Although the amount is small, it is possible they may consider a county court claim if you ignore it. Be cautious if they do not have your correct address as any paperwork, such as a letter before claim or a claim pack, will usually be sent to your last known address.
Best wishes
Susie
