So basically I am just hoping that someone else is out there who can reassure me my application with LBS is looking promising to receive an offer!
We have found our dream bungalow after our initial first purchase fell through in March when the lenders came back with a reduced offer (£20,000 less), this was through Kensington (Specialists) as when we applied we discovered an outstanding debt of my other halves we were not aware of that dated back to October 2012.. We paid this off as soon as we knew but obviously because it is still on his file they were skeptical.. So when we viewed this house and fell in love we have been seriously anxious about the process and now it just seems to be taking a long time to get a decisions.. This is what has happened so far..
02/08/2018 Decision in Principle received
03/08/2018 Full Application in aswell as ID, 3 month wage slips and bank statements
07/08/2018 Valuation of the property performed
08/08/2018 Confirmation that valuation came back at price paid £180,000
09/08/2018 LBS requested two wage slips that I had missed in my submission
10/08/2018 Requested wage slips submitted!
14/08/2018 Satisfactory application and now to the underwriters
16/08/2018 LBS request signed declaration of who will resides in the property, completed and submitted.
21/08/2018 LBS request Proof of deposit (E-Savings account and Help to buy ISA's), submitted.
Thank you.
