Sainsburys not adding bonus Nectar points

The last 5 online shops I have done, Sainsbury's have not added the bonus Nectar points from the coupons that I used - eg Triple Points on your next online shop, 70 Bonus Points if you buy a cheese and onion quiche, etc etc
Each time, I have had to call them up after 2 weeks (they say that is how long you need to wait first) and ask them to add them.
No apology, or no reasons given...
Does anyone else have this problem? If they do it across the board, they will be saving themselves millions of Nectar points.
The problem is that most people probably don't bother to check that their bonus points have been added...

They’ve reneged on thousands of promotional points for me in the past 3 years, no way to compel them to credit even with documentation.0
