We been informed by solicitor should be exchanging contracts within 3 weeks. But there may be an issue or maybe not, have received the fixtures n fitting and property paperwork.
Within this states tree to be removed on the property I assume the seller has recived instruction to remove it. But who's responsible for this us or the seller before we move. Would the cost be took from thr monies when they sell?
Please help as I don't won't god's plant life to affect things.

If it is the fixtures and fittings list, I am assuming there is a tree somewhere that they want to dig up and take with them.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I think it's a case of notified to take a tree down maybe over reaching?0

No one on here has seen it
You will have seen the tree what do you think is wrong with it that they have been asked to remove it?
Have you checked if there is TPO on it.
if it is council there may be an enforcement order on the planning/building portal.
You could take a bold step and ask them.0 -
I commented on your other post. Ask for more information regarding said tree!0

Well the good news is I have a close best friend who's brother is a tree surgeon and has said if we have to pay to remove it will do it at a very reduced price.
The seller does not state which tree it is on thr property so we have chased up our solicitor for more info. Tx for the info.0 -
What is TPO?0

Tree Preservation Order - you need to ask the council if you can cut it down and fill out a form. Even if you want to just cut it back, you need permission.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
