Can anyone advise.
I was informed that my court date for BR was 17/8/18 but was unable to attend.
I asked if that was a necessity at the time and was told that I only needed to attend if I was contesting which was not the case.
I have checked the registar and also the Gazette but nothing.
Has anyone experienced this or has any advice.

I can’t recall precisely but it wasn’t immediate, poss around a week for both-
With me ii didn’t attend and it didn’t go through first time due to a technicality, which was frustrating as i wanted it over and done with! It was re-booked for 2 weeks later, for confirmation it went through you can call the court, contact details should be on the paperwork you have, the OR will be in touch any minute too if it happened0 -
Was starting to get concerned. Like you I just want it over with so I can get on with life.
I will contact the court to see what's happened.
Never met the guy who served the papers. Spoke to him on the phone but was told on here that it wasn't necessary to attend.
Thanks for your reply.
