1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Dudley College Day Takeover radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Thursday 23rd August 2018 on Capital Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

Entrants must listen to Capital Birmingham Breakfast and Drive on Thursday 23rd August 2018 as we will play out audio of someone reading out a celebrities degree/previous job, which they had before they became famous for what they do. Two options will be given out on air for the correct answer, either A or B.

4. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the Keyword said on air and their answer A or B to the number given out on-air. Opening and closing times will be given out on-air. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

5. From the correct entries, we will randomly select one person to win (one per show) and the winner will be announced on air. The competition will happen in both Capital Breakfast and Capital Drive on Thursday 23rd August 2018 with one winner in each show.

Eligibility:

6. Entrant must be 16 or over to enter the competition.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. The Breakfast winner will receive an Apple MacBook Air 13.3”, Intel Core i5, 8gb, RAM, 128gb, PC Ie based SSD (Doesn’t come with Microsoft Office software) and the Drive winner will receive a 2018 Apple iPad 9.7”, A10, iOS11, Wi-Fi, 32gb, Space Grey

- Both come with a 2-year guarantee but the winner will need to contact Global first if there are any problems as we bought the product

9. Both prizes are subject to availability at the point of purchasing. If this prize is not available then a new tech prize of similar value will be given in its place.

10. The prizes will be sent to the winners and will be received within 28 days of them being notified of their win.

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
