How do I locate my FIT supplier?

My stepson's former partner set up his FIT account with a supplier when he had his panels installed. Now that they have separated he has no way of knowing who she set up the FIT account with. How can he check out who she did it with?

Who do his payments come from? He must give them his readings regularly so who is he sending them to?

His former partner registered for FIT and submitted the first reading and received the first payment. No subsequent readings have been submitted and we are unable to find out from her who she registered with.

Where was that first payment directed? It might be that you'll have to ask the individual FIT providers, alternatively contact OFGEM with whom the installation will have been registered.



I can't see any OFGEM contact details in my paperwork but they should be able to do a search on:
Installation Name: and
Site/Address/Location.

Do you know the installation company? They may have assisted with completing the paperwork. It was probably with the energy supplier so if you have a bill from British Gas or N-Power etc, the FiT may well be with them.
