Enforcing Financial Ombudsman decision

I received a Financial Ombudsman's decision - in my favour - against a debt management company that at the time was still live on the Companies House website. However, during the FO process, the company ignored all correspondence.
However, this decision was over 2 years ago, and I have yet to find a way to enforce this decision and receive the compensation owed to me. I contacted the FCA, Citizens Advise and the FO directly over the last 2 years - all referred me to one of the others. No authority had any advice, now the companies house website states it dissolved Jan 2018.
I read I could take it to the company's county court, but I have no idea or the money to do this. It's an upsetting situation that I would like the money I overpaid such a long time ago now and I cannot find a way to fight this.
Is this covered by the FSCS, I have a bad feeling this is too old and I'm never going to get the money the FO confirmed I'm entitled too.
Please advise if there is positive news and if I could start a claim (I have the FO letters stating the monetary compensation that is due to me).

The minute a company goes insolvent, the FOS decision becomes worthless. You have to start all over again with the FSCS.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
