Life insurance

I’ve got a policy that expires next year with no cash back unless I die! I’ve had letterftom Phoenix today to say I’m no longer owner as official receiver taken it into my bankruptcy. Is the policy worth something to them ? It has no surrender value.

Do I cancel standing order? No point paying if it can’t be claimed against

    Contact the Receiver as dunstonh suggests....you can negotiate with them to buy out the OR's interest if you so wish to do..meaning you can continue with the policy if you wished
