I was honest in my information I just found that the online calculators were not as accurate as when I used a mortgage advisor. Nothing do with that you said.0

The affordability calculators are accurate as long as all the information entered is correct. For your decision in principle some lenders will do a soft search some a full credit search. Also lenders income multiples are different. Halifax does a soft search if you want to check how much your DIP would be approved at and they are quite generous with their lending0
