<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top"> Win over 30 of the greatest music DVDs of all time
We tried. We really did. But getting your mitts on all 50 of the greatest music films of all time is – like compiling a list of the best ever music movies of all time - no easy task. Some are banned, some are yet to be released and some swallowed by the annals of cinema history, yet to be spat out again in small screen format.
Still, courtesy of Play.com, we’re giving one lucky cinéaste a chance to win over 30 of the titles we’ve included in our comprehensive list of the top 50 music films. From Dylan’s ‘Don’t Look Back’, the Stone’s ‘Gimme Shelter’, Julien Temple’s recently released ‘The Future is Unwritten’, and of course, Michael Winterbottom’s ’24 Hour Party People’, it’s certainly not to be sniffed at.
So to be in with a chance of winning this ace prize, just answer the question below.

Tx for posting but the link says that the comp is now closed, even though it quite clearly states immediately below that the CD is 15 Nov.
Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!:beer:0 -
I think it's you! You seem to have a skill for spotting closed comps, but were they closed before you spotted them, or do you send out 'close early' vibes as you try and enter?Tx for posting but the link says that the comp is now closed, even though it quite clearly states immediately below that the CD is 15 Nov.

Finally, I know what my superhero ability in "Heroes" would be! (clenches fists and scrucnhes eyes like Hiro does) :rotfl:
No, I just work on a permanent catch-up basis so I tend to look at comps a few days or weeks after most people do. It means I miss a few that expire early or before I get to them but I rarely end up doing duplicate entries. Right now, I'm 3 days behind for comps closing 20 Nov (or earlier) and fully caught up to comps posted on or before 26 October. Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!:beer:0 -

It was open when I posted it. I just came across this when I was entering comps tonight, otherwise I wouldn't have seen the replies. I am sorry that you missed it.
Still, I reckon that there will be a third series of Heroes (am watching the second now, and wow!!), so get in touch with them. Just watch out for the baddies. They are bad.Al Mac Appreciation Society No. 188

Thanks for updating the subject title. Why these websites offer end dates that they do not honour, well, who knows why? Not your fault that they get it wrong! Many tx to all who post constructively in all the forums!:beer:0
