Tx for posting but the link says that the comp is now closed, even though it quite clearly states immediately below that the CD is 15 Nov.

I think it's you! You seem to have a skill for spotting closed comps, but were they closed before you spotted them, or do you send out 'close early' vibes as you try and enter?

Finally, I know what my superhero ability in "Heroes" would be! (clenches fists and scrucnhes eyes like Hiro does) :rotfl:

No, I just work on a permanent catch-up basis so I tend to look at comps a few days or weeks after most people do. It means I miss a few that expire early or before I get to them but I rarely end up doing duplicate entries. Right now, I'm 3 days behind for comps closing 20 Nov (or earlier) and fully caught up to comps posted on or before 26 October.

It was open when I posted it. I just came across this when I was entering comps tonight, otherwise I wouldn't have seen the replies. I am sorry that you missed it.

Still, I reckon that there will be a third series of Heroes (am watching the second now, and wow!!), so get in touch with them. Just watch out for the baddies. They are bad.

You forgot to change the title! Please change it to closed - otherwise it will stay on the open comp board for another week!

Thanks for updating the subject title. Why these websites offer end dates that they do not honour, well, who knows why? Not your fault that they get it wrong!
