Trust Deed discharged - mortgage

Hello.
My partner had to go through a trust deed process in 2011.
My partner was discharged in 2016. The discharge letter is dated Dez 2016.
But as a trust deed stays on the credit report for 6 years it only came off the report last year.

Now we want to apply for a mortgage but we are unsure if the lenders might still deny us a mortgage based on the history of the trust deed. This is not on the credit report anymore but could it still come up during a mortgage application?
Can an advisor inform what is the advisable timescale to successfully apply to a mortgage after a trust deed discharge?

Thanks
Francisco
