Reclaims whilst setting up DMP??

I am in the process of setting up a DMP through payplan. First payment to be made on 16.11.07.
I was just wondering if anyone has claimed back charges from debtors whilst in or setting up a DMP. I just don't want to rock the boat and upset them any further than I have already!
Any advice would be great. Thanks.

I haven't done it simply because of the hold on bank charges that I believe is currently in place and secondly I never let my account go overdrawn I used to pinch off my credit cards - I know daft I was!
But this week I have sent a letter to a credit card to claim back PPI so will probably rock the boat!0 -
Thanks for that. I am looking at claiming back for credit card charges as per Martains 'reclaim section' but think I might be best to hold off until the DMP is set and creditors have accepted as you never know who might get funny!!0
