Prize T&Cs:
1. Due to the nature of the location, travel will be provided in the form of petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 600 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 300 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be given.
2. Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter weekend and Bank Holidays.
3. Choice of Forest holiday resorts include: Deerpark, Blackwood Forest, Thorpe Forest, Sherwood Forest, Forest of Dean, Keldy, Cropton and Strathyre.
4. Stay is based on two adults and two children sharing a two bedroom Golden Oak cabin with one double room, one twin room and an ensuite bathroom. Stay will be for 4 night mid week stay only with check in on a Monday and check out on a Friday. Excludes Golden Oak Hideaway and Golden Oak Treehouse cabins.
5. Bike hire is subject to availability at the time of booking and based on hire for two adults and two children. Adults will have the choice of 5 frame sizes, children will have the choice of small or large frames.
6. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
