Hi Angua2 perhaps it would be worth you contacting someone at Amnesty or Reprieve they might be able to point you in the right direction. Hope you get the help you need.

It sorta kinda depends what your issues are Angua2. You may not wish to say, but the Human Rights act covers a whole range of things from right to family life to right to privacy to rights of sexual preference, religion - a whole host of things.

You might be asking too broad a question.

Our Tony's Mrs. was a Human Rights lawyer. Earned a packet: don't expect them to come cheap neither!

Ta, egamar - I know it's broad and covers many things - from torture to slavery... I'm interest in Article 8 in particular - specially, the right to be treated fairly and with dignity AND the right to be safe and protected from harm.
