Remortgage on none morgage

Good Evening.

I'm looking at remortgage my home to pay off a number of debts and some home improvements

I don't have the best credit history never missed payments but only 2/5 on noodle maybe due to amount of credit I have i think

I currently claim DSA and ESA and rent one house out

I have two houses both with no mortgages cashed paid. Would I be able to find a lender?

    A broker should be able to give you some advice - you should get all your paperwork together of all your income - assuming you declare your income from the rent.
