Bailiff questions and clarification

Hi guys, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this is the wrong section to ask this stuff.
Safe to say I've had a hectic and hellish week that is starting to improve, but I have some questions on some stuff I'm confused on that'll help clarify things for me and help lift some nerves. I've tried searching online but I think my questions are too specific.
Basically on Wednesday, my mother got an Issue of Warrant of Control from the county court that ordered her to pay her debt in full before the 22nd August or the court county bailiff will call and seize our goods. This was the first I heard of the debt. Now, luckily we can pay off the entire amount at once. Then, of course this has to happen, the same week my mum falls ill to the point she has to go to hospital.
It was pretty much almost at the same time, and so our focus was completely on that. Plus we wouldn't have had the full amount yet. Now that she's better, we couldn't do anything about paying the debt today so my mum's going to call them up first thing tomorrow in order to pay what is owed in full. So, I have a few questions:
1) Two days is still enough time, right? It says to pay back you call the court office which is open by appointment Monday - Friday and then gives the Baillif's Office phone number. Generally when you phone up do you end up paying on the same day or the next day or does it vary from office to office/?
2) There's no way to pay this online or over the phone, right? The letter doesn't list a way, it says by cash in person, cheque or by postal order. My mum's gonna ask anyways but I'm a bit iffy on that since I think its better to go down in person and get a receipt, right? Speaking of a receipt.
3) After paying the amount they should give a receipt as proof, right? Anyone who's dealt with them before know anything else I should be asking for? Will there be anything that they'll try to pull like slap on extra fees or anything? The letter states the total to pay which is under £1000 and says "(including fees) on this warrant." Afterward it says that the balance outstanding is £0.00 after the payment. The bailiff hasn't been around and we've had no contact with them. From what I've looked up, the stage that they're at is compliance, which I assume is part of this total to pay. So they shouldn't be able to spring any surprise fees, right?
4) How long does the process of paying in full usually take, is it complex? Anything I should know?
and Finally my most important one 5) Am I able to go down to the courts/bailiffs office with the money and pay off the debt on behalf of my mother if its not my debt but I live in the same household and I'm over 18? The reason that I'm asking is that my mum's still recovering and while it's not too long or difficult of a journey, its still a longer travelling distance to get there and my mum really shouldn't be going there at this stage. So I'm wondering if I can go down on her behalf as long as I bring the required form and the money in full with me.
Thanks a lot guys!

Hi,
Does she accept liability for the debt ?
Youll have to pay the business you owe the money to, or their solicitor. The name and address will be on the judgment form.
Do not pay the court, or the bailiffs.
Make sure you can prove you have paid. Send a cheque or postal order by post, or make a bank transfer.
Do not send cash through the post.
Anyone can pay it.
There will be no more fees as long as you pay by the date on the judgement.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi!
Yes, she does.
The name of the business is on the form (Capquest) but not their address. It has the address of the county court and also states that she has to pay the amount to the county court by 22nd August.
On the warrant it then says to send or take the payment and this form to the county court office then gives the county court address and then information for the bailiffs office.0 -

North East England. I think she already had the CCJ and this is an issue of warrant of control. The form basically says that due to ignoring the judgement that a warrant has been issued for a bailiff to seize and sell our goods unless she pays the amount due to the county court before the 22nd of August.
It then gives the total to pay on this warrant including fees, then says the balance outstanding after payment of this warrant which is £0.00
It then says send or take your payment and this form to the court office, gives the address of the county court office, then has the opening times and contact number for the bailiff's office.
It then has the ways to pay the court and says you can pay the court by calling the court office which is open by appointment Monday to Friday, then lists all the ways to pay. In then says in bold print "You should carefully check any future forms from the court to see if payments should be made directly to the creditor."
At the top of the form in boxes it lists the creditor which is Capquests, the Debtor and lists my mother and her address, then has "In the county court business centre" then the case number, warrant number, local number and creditor's ref. Then in small italics to quote all these numbers on correspondence.0 -
Ok, well follow the instructions in the letter then, and all should be well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Alright! Thank you for helping, my main concern was if I was able to go down instead of my mother due to her health.
Still a little confused regarding it being open by appointment as other stories I've read seem to imply that once you call them to say you're paying you just head down. Do people who pay in person usually end up going down the same day that they call to say they're paying?0 -

I have no experience of this personally, you usually pay the creditors not the court.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
