I used it at the Metro Centre this morning but the assistant was non too happy about it and got a supervisor to come over, but eventually took it.

I have some more books I would like to get but I will use them at Newcastle on Saturday, they might be more agreeable there.

I got mine at Darlington, there was no problem at all. I find its sometimes hard to get vouchers past SAs in the Metro, they've seen every trick!!

No scan for me either but the assistants just typed in the number, had to do some more jiggery pokery then it worked fine. Felt a bit embarassed but used the £5 off £20 of anything one to get some general stuff and then £5 off a book that was JUST £10 in their half price offer (ends 18th november) in a seperate transaction just in case, so saved £10 - very pleased, thanks for posting!

Do you know if you can put a couple of books together to make £10 ? I quite fancy the 1/2 priced annuals .
