Had Valuation done this morning, Showed on tracker at 5.01pm that they have the report, I am so impatient lol do they work on a Sat or are we likely to be waiting till Monday now

I am pretty sure they work on Saturday but I could be wrong, but I'd wait until Monday to really hear anything back. Is your application already agreed based on valuation?

yes we had a call from the underwriter as he had some questions and he was happy with the answers on the phone and told us there and then that we were all set we are so close to completing solicitor has already done the searches so we are just waiting on the valuation which is why I'm so excited and eager to get this part sorted.

Hang on tight, we are also at this stage but our valuation is on Monday. Should be straight to offer if they happy with vaulation.

I have just got a mortgage with RBS and about a month ago we were at valuation stage. I remember the underwriter phoning on the Friday to say they should have decision by the Monday but we didn't hear until Wednesday! So chances are you probably won't hear until next week. I know it's a different bank but these things seem to take a bit of time i'm afraid

If valuation was done on Friday, I wouldn!!!8217;t expect to hear until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. Even if all is ok, they will need to process the valuation, run final checks and then pass over to the admin team to issue the offer.

I think some staff work on a Saturday, but I would not expect to hear today. Probably Tuesday, maybe Wednesday as the post above says.

They seem to be on top of every thing at Natwest and they usually work to a 48 turn around time.
