Dirt Health cafe is not about restricting your diet; instead they're perfectionists in creating exciting healthy food options, promoting positivity along the way. With delicious (and instagram-worthy) brunches, from tropical Buddha bowls to the classic option of eggs and avocado, whether you're into counting macros or a fry-up kinda guy, you’ll find something on their menu to suit.
Dirt isn't just another health cafe. They hope that, aside from providing delicious and nutritious dishes, they can improve their customer's physical and mental health too. Promoting kindness to both people and the planet, they currently operate using little-to-no plastics, with all take out food coming in biodegradable plastics, and they use and sell re-usable bamboo straws. They take advantage of fantastic local suppliers on our doorstep too, like Blagdon Farm Shop, Fresh Artisan Bread Co. and OCC coffee.
Living North have teamed up with Dirt Health to offer one lucky reader the chance to win brunch for two, up to the value of £30. This will include two dishes from their brunch menu (which runs all day on weekends) and a cold, pressed juice (made fresh every day), or a hot drink.
