Advice re win

I have been lucky enough to win festival tickets for tomorrow. I was asked if I could collect the tickets in person but it would have added an extra hour on my journey so I asked if they could be sent special delivery yesterday morning meaning they would be delivered today between 9-1pm but they have not arrived. I have requested the tracking number and it looks like the tickets were accepted by the post office after 5 so may not even arrive until tomorrow which will probably be too late! Has anyone had this issue before ? Is there anything I can do by contacting royal mail?

Maybe contact your sorting office, there's a small chance they could be there to be sent out tomorrow, they might as a long shot let you pick them up from there.

Thank you! I've phoned royal mail and was surprised at how helpful they was. I'm going to go to my local delivery office 1st thing to see if I can pick it up x0
