I'd have thought £8k on £750k was OK? Some of the quotes I got would have been £22k (3%) for that cetv, as was the company I used... but I negotiated.

I used Bark.com - and had a good case outlined in the enquiry - got 8/9 responses mostly at the 3% or there abouts but a couple seemed keener and responded to post quote negotiation.
