Hi All,
Im aware nearly all recruitment agencies use applicant tracking systems to help screen their potential and im sure its very helpful, although does anyone know if it keeps track of how many interview or job application attempts been made and state if they were successful. Would this information then be available to fellow external recruiters and clients.

Just to clear up my understanding
Thanks

Why not ask the agencies you use to clarify what information they keep and how it is used? If they aren't helpful, a subject access request (free) should do the trick (just make sure you don't annoy them if you ar hoping they'll find work for you).
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
