You must be aged 16 years or over, resident in the UK, and have type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes for which you are using insulin, or else type 2 diabetes and are receiving test strips on prescription, to enter this prize draw. If you are a parent or guardian of someone under 16 years old who has diabetes or are a carer of someone who meet these conditions, you may enter on their behalf.
This prize draw runs from 1 June 2018 until 31 December 2018. You can only enter this prize draw once. You can only enter one prize draw for a CONTOUR NEXT ONE meter in any 18 month period. If you enter and we see that you have already entered a prize draw in the last 18 months, we will ignore your entry.
At the start of each week, we will pick 400 winners at random from the previous week’s prize draw entries, and each winner will receive a CONTOUR NEXT ONE blood glucose meter. There are no alternative prizes. If you are picked as a winner, we will send a notification to the email address on your entry form within 15 days of the draw. We will send out the meters within 28 days following the draw, to the address on your entry form.
