Help been robbed by Hotels.com

I swapped my clubcard vouchers back in May for Hotels.com vouchers. I followed the email link did everything I was meant to do, and applied the voucher code (£30), voucher code disappeared but no money off the hotel (pre paid as per instructions) payment went through for the full amount out of my bank. It was non refundable as it was pre paid. I assumed that I could not have booked a correct hotel and it wasn't allowed to be used on that stay. Until last wednesday..... I have tried to book again and followed the t&c's entered the voucher code and it says "Coupon cannot be used more than once" I have tried everyday to call hotels.com and after an hour give up. Is anyone else having or had this problem and what happened.........

    I'd ring tesco club card and see what they suggest.

  • I had problems booking previously so rang them (Hotels.com) and they refunded me the amount of the Tesco Voucher with no problem at all. I think it was quite late evening when I rang and as I remember I got through easily. I was surprised how helpful they were.
