How long after specialist reports will I know?

It's turning into a long dragged out nightmare. Valuation report was received back at the end of July and it valued as £0 (ie refused to lend, but satisfactory reports/remedial work valued at offer price) until a series of specialist reports - structural, asbestos, electrics. I got them all, all okay but £450 electrical works needed. Sent them back via broker on Friday and have heard nothing since.
Does anyone know how long this usually takes? I'm tearing my hair out! This was with NatWest.

Allow five to seven working days.
These have to be forwarded to the surveyor for a decision on the work needed, any retention and the valuation and then the results returned to the lender.I am a mortgage broker.
