If I go BR with an outstanding parking ticket, can a CCJ taken out post-BR be enforced? (can the CCJ be enforced)
Likewise, if a car is repossessed then I go BR, can any shortfall from its sale post-BR be enforced?
OR..............if the car (on HP) is taken due to default of payments and sold, and my total owings to everyone is below £20K can i then go for a DRO instead of going BR?

Hi maxmycardagain
Any debt that you are liable for at the time the bankruptcy order is made will be included, unless it is one of the small number of excluded debts. A CCJ for a parking ticket will be included, as will any debt for a HP car. This will include a HP debt where the car was repossessed before the bankruptcy, but not sold until after afterwards.
If your total level of debt is below £20,000 it is possible you may be able to look at a DRO instead of bankruptcy, assuming you meet the other conditions. Those are having less than £50 per month available to pay your debts, having less than £1000 of assets, and if you own a car it must be worth less than £1000.
I hope this helps
