Its not SPAM ... It is a genuinely good price for them.
I've just spent £6 a tube of OTE tabs last week and thought that was a good deal with my 17% standing discount at wiggle. Might have to pick up some of these too.

As for just tap water, whilst that is good to drink, when I am running for hours you need to replace salt and electrolytes too.
