Anyone used Chargeback for bus season ticket?

My local but service is becoming a joke with frequent cancellations due to operational difficulties. Has anyone ever tried using Chargeback to get a refund on the basis they have not provided the service advertised?

A chargeback can be reversed, even if you did it on the basis of your complaint, the bank will allow the firm to respond and will take the money back from you if they prove to the bank's satisfaction that you got what you paid for.
It has to be within 120 days of purchase and cannot be used until you have gone through the full complaints process with the retailerSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
