bank charges, can i get my money back?

hi, hsbc have just took £50 out of my acount today. they did send me a letter letting me know. the reason they charged me £50 was because i went over my overdraft limit by £30 on one day (which i transfered money into the day after to take that off) and the same again hapened a few days later when i went £20 over the limit, which i paid bakc again in a day.
can i get my £50 back? it was one charge not 2 as i would have thought it would be. they called it an overdraft arrangement fee.

If you phone them and explain the situation you can sometimes get the charges waived.
