2. How to participate
To enter this promotion, you must be aged 16 or over and at one of 7 locations where Acer will have a Predator gaming van. Entries must be via the gaming controller provided, using the defined settings and on the provided machines and can only be made at the locations on the dates specified. The locations are:

All entries must include your name, email address, address (including postcode), contact telephone number and age.
Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
On-board the Acer gaming van, there will be computer terminals pre-loaded with Dirt4 (rally game). If you visit the van and play the Dirt4 game you must try and enter the fastest lap time.
All competition entries must take place on this van.
This promotion is free entry and your details will be captured once you have played the game and will be recorded by an Acer representative.
You may enter this promotion a maximum of five times. Acer have the reserve to cancel the promotion at any time.
The competition is free entry. No purchase necessary. However, entry is subject to availability of terminals, the promoter is unable to guarantee that you will have a chance to enter the competition.


3. Start date
This promotion will start in September 2018 and be a touring roadshow until 29/9/18
4. Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 29/9/18
5. Selection of the winner
The winner of this promotion will be selected based on the fastest lap time of the game at each location.
You acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
6. Prizes
The prizes are as follows: The fastest time of the day at each location, as decided by the Acer representative, will win a Predator Helios 300 gaming PC. This will be sent to each winner within 28 calendar days of the event date to the postal address they provided when entering the promotion.
All Winners of each location will be entered into the final prize draw to be drawn by 1/10/18 to win attendance to the League of Legends final in South Korea in November 2018. The winners will be selected by an independent adjudicator. The trip includes economy class flights from London to South Korea, hotel accommodation for 7 nights, transfers and food budget will be provided. This will be for the winner and a guest.
The Winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant Winner/guests.
The Winner and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the Winner’s and their guests own.
The winner will be contacted about the prize within 7 calendar days of the draw date using the details they provided when entering. They must confirm that they wish to take up the prize within 7 calendar days of the draw date or the prize will be forfeit and awarded to a reserve winner. The prize can only be taken on the stated dates and there is no alternative.
7. Restrictions and requirements
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winning entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which the winners must provide within 7 calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
We can cancel the competition tour at any time at our discretion.
No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

Health and safety: Naturally by entering a van, space is limited. Entrants expose themselves to an acceptable level of risk by doing so and by using the electrical equipment. There are strobe light effects on-board the van
The tour is in association with DixonsCarphone – but in no way are they responsible for management/execution of the competition. Acer UK take full responsibility for the tour.

1 General
1.1 The name and county of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Acer UK, Heathrow Boulevard, 282 Bath Road, Middlesex, UB7 0DQ within 3 months of the closing date.
1.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
1.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2 If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
