Tesco Club card - Use Part of Voucher / Use On Fuel?

Sorry for the newbie question, but spent 15 mins googling inc Clubcard FAQ in vain.

Got two £15 vouchers expiring this month. Rarely spend over £10 there, so if you spend under the voucher value, does the 'change' get credited to your CC account? But still needing to be spent this month?

And can you pay for fuel at the petrol station kiosk using these?

No change will be given, it is printed on the back of the voucher (edit: it looks like the "no change" term was only added from the Feb17 issue).

Yes, this should be printed on the voucher (but was removed from the Feb17 issue). You can only spend at Tesco filling stations, not the Esso ones.

You can spend your vouchers as they are online, in-store or at the pump.

You know Clubcard better than their helpline dopes, who couldn't work out what I meant by the first question, then said a firm 'no' to use on fuel!
