To celebrate the opening of the Culinary Genius Cookery School in central London, Time Out is offering one keen cook the chance to have a bespoke cookery class with Culinary Genius's Patrick Williams, head chef at 'The Terrace in the Fields' restaurant. At the school Patrick teaches a selection of modern British and Caribbean classes, inspired by the mix of dishes he cooks in his restaurant.
The winners can bring up to three friends to enjoy the experience or keep it all to themselves – Culinary Genius classes are limited to four or five people depending on the subject, so everyone gets plenty of personal attention from the chef and his team, spending the maximum amount of time cooking, rather than watching demonstrations.
Prior to the class the winner will discuss with Patrick exactly what they're interested in learning, from basic cookery techniques to knife skills to creating and timing multi-course menus, so that the programme is specially tailored to the winner's interests. Refreshments are included, and afterwards all will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labours.
The class will take place at The Terrace in the Fields, in the centre of Lincoln's Inn Fields, at a time to be mutually arranged. See terms and conditions for more information.

I agree with that, rrickyuk http://mo.essortment.com/whatisbreadf_rcwh.htm
What is breadfruit?
Breadfruit, a nutritious starchy melon weighing between two to five pounds was looked upon as an excellent food source for the African slaves in the plantations of the Caribbean.0
