Hi,
I recently terminated without notice (1 week) an agency temp to perm contract of 12 weeks and did 11 weeks of it. Was wondering would I be still eligible for accrued holiday pay of the 11 weeks?
Many Thanks

Yes, this may be subject to deductions if there were additional costs; above and beyond what it would have cost if you completed your contract / worker your notice.0

Thanks for your reply. I didn't owe anything back as never took any holiday at all. Would you know what other costs would be recovered out of what they owed me in holiday?0
