New application with Nationwide - 3weeks enough?

The transaction for my new house is on the 23rd of this month (3weeks away) and due to delays with woolwich (and finding out that their customer service is pretty bad) i've decided to start a new application with nationwide wich my broker highly recommended for service. The broker reckons 3 weeks is enough to get the application approved but i'm wondering if anyone here has used them and they've been that quick with it.

  • If he uses the online system and its been agreed it will be quicker! He needs to package it right with all the documents etc first time. They will be miles faster than Woolwich, it takes 1hr or more for them to answer the phone and Nationwide have just released better deals!
