  • Great. Binmen came two hours later than usual (two lorries, two crews and the essential shouted conversations over the noise of both - but the builders, who are not allowed to start before 8am have been making a racket since before 7. So I'm still awake anyhow.

And the sound of the BM starting up has just given me and the Grumpy Fluffy Cat the fright of our lives.

    Morning :hello:

The flylady fairy must have known I was going to be ill - that's why she had me flying last Monday after work!!! Came home from work on Tuesday evening feeling bleugh - blamed the heat and not been right / to work since. I keep going dizzy / losing my balance / makes me feel sick: I'm getting quite good at doing things without moving my head - then I forget, bend down to pick up something and stagger about to prevent nose-diving on to the floor. All I've managed to do fly wise is WM x2 on Saturday and again on Sunday. Hanging out the washing has been interesting  If the neighbours have seen me they'd think I was drunk :(

I tried the Brandt Daroff exercises - I'm fine on the right, but the left makes me feel soooo ill _pale_ Just completed the online 111 and it says to speak to GP practice within 6 hours hmmmm maybe should have done that 6 days ago. Heyho. Getting through to the surgery on a Monday will be [STRIKE]impossible[/STRIKE],[STRIKE] fun [/STRIKE] a challenge :o

Anyhoo I will be carefully cheering you all on (whilst keeping my head still). Has the fount of all knowledge that is flylady any tips on how to end this miserable state of affairs?

Roundtuit - GWS vibes; dizziness is horrible, I know (having ended up on the dog-shelf more than once myself that way).

Doggies go home this afternoon, so will vacuum after they've left. I have a meet'n'greet to do on Sunday, so better get this midden sorted.

Valli I'd have loved to volunteer, but my self confidence is shot (again) and I just don't think I'd do a good job; I'd get stressed worrying that I wasn't doing a good job, and I can't cope with any more stress right now. Hope you understand.

  • !!!!!!.

Binmen haven't collected the recycling again. It'll be at least 6 weeks since it was last collected before they even consider it again, at which point the collection days (and probably frequencies) are changing.

Lots and lots of sweary words for them now.

Jojo they failed to take our jars and bottles this week; Mr LW said we'd drop them off at the bottle bank at Tosspots, but when we got there, it's gone. There's just a clothing bank there now - it used to be clothing, bottles and poly bags. :( So we ended up going to the tip, as I couldn't have all that lot kicking about cluttering up the shed.

Thank you Frizzle and LameWolf xx

Apparently I have benign positional vertigo and I've been given pills to take to ease the symptoms. Should start to feel better in a week or so - if not go back  Can self-cert til Wednesday then ring for sick note for a week. Work are going to love me! Not!

I fed the birds. And felt :money: as my PPC took care of the pharmacy bill, :D
