Payday Loans Interest & Charges Claim

Hi All
Between 2010 and 2014 I took out a number of payday loans with around 7-10 lenders. Most of them rolled over each month.
In 2012, I set up a DMP with StepChange, and contacted each of the lenders to notify them. The amount owing to each lender was paid off in full in 2014.
My question is, am I still entitled to claim back any interest and charges from these lenders? I have sent each of them a Subject Access Request email to get details of the loans, and I'm wondering what sort of responses I'm going to get.
Any advice you can give would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Are you sure it was an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) as its a form of insolvency, arranged by an Insolvency practitioner, and they last 60 months normally, you cannot have one for only two years.
Do you mean DMP (Debt Management Plan) instead ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
