ccj's and payplan

Does anyone have ccj's that they pay through payplan or do you pay it seperately.

Expecting a ccj to be issued quite soon, would rather pay by standing order rather than payplan as there is a big delay before creditors get their payments.

No idea about paying through payplan, but if the CCJ hasn't been issued yet and jou can afford to pay even a token sum you should contact the creditor now and see if you can't come to an action without it having to go to court.
  • We have been paying them through payplan as we are on a DMP,but they won't accept the token sum,so we got no choice so far.
