Few form filling questions

Hi,
So I’m about to fill in bankrupcy forms and it asks for my husbands wages - I’m not even sure what they are and I don’t think he would be happy declaring it either. Can I leave it blank??
Also if I do have to enter his details do I think have to enter his mortgage payment on the expenditure section (I’m not on it and I don’t pay towards it but surely if they want to see his income they need to see his outgoing as I don’t pay rent?)
