Green tea for slimming - Any experience/feedback?

I think for someone it works for others don't. But, based on my experience you'd better drink more water and eat natural food without flavorings and toppings. Because the green tea only caused me stomach pain and vomiting.0

Re the post above from fakhrupezu:
maybe the OP can come back to this thread - almost a year after he/she started it - and let us know if the green tea capsules had any beneficial effect...0 -
Take my advice, eat more fat, Seriously! And eat less carbohydrate (sugar).
It is the carbs that make you fat not dietary fat. Fat is an essential nutrient and is what our bodies were designed to digest.
Insulin is what makes fat in the body (via the liver), and carbs cause the highest peaks in insulin secretion, which, in excess, leads to an over production of cell energy. The excess is converted to fat. Excesses can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes.
Dietary fat causes the body to produce less insulin than sugar and therefore is better for you.
There are many examples of low carb high fat diets that have sound scientific proofs to back up their claims.
Please watch this, one of many examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBsnk2PtPeo0 -
Green tea won’t make you lose weight. Also cheap green tea is vile. Good green tea is hard to find and expensive, many specialist shops sell decent stuff. But expensive tea can be vile, high cost does not always mean good quality. Make sure you don’t use boiling water, that makes it bitter.0
