Advice needed please

Hi
I'm a bit confused, OH is saving for fees to go bankrupt and has stopped paying his creditors, i am not currently working, just have CHB and CTC and have been advised by CCCS that i need to send a letter (which CCCS have sent me) offering a token payment to my creditors (joint Overdraft £2.5k which i understand will come to me when OH goes bankrupt and other debts of £3 ) which i am in process of completing today.
My question is do i send a copy of our CCCS prepared list of creditors and expenditure sheet which lists both my OH debts and mine, if so do i mark on it which are my debts or do i do a separate list of just mine.
Also do i just continue making minimum payments even if i don't hear back from any of them, what action can they take.
Many thanks

OOPS meant to say other debts of £3k not £3.
Any advice would be really appreciated0 -
It is probably worth informing them of your partner's debts... Is he likely to petition for his bankruptcy soon or does he have a date yet? If it's imminent then it's not going to matter too much (but you should let them know about it), but if it's going to take him a while to save up for it it might be best for them to deal with both of your debts.
It's best to continue making payments, even if you don't hear back from the creditors. It may make them easier to negotiate with when they do eventually get back! CCCS will be able to advise you on possible enforcement action.0 -
Many thanks for advice, OH is hoping to petition within next 2 weeks (luckily we don't have a massive waiting list here).
How would i stand if the debts were paid off for me as a gift (the next 10 years birthdays and Xmas) wishful thinking i think? in terms of OH bankruptcy that is? would it affect it in anyway0
