Leeds BS - Valuation Instructed

FTB so very concerned with how slow everything has been with the mortgage application.
I've just had an update from my MA that Leeds BS has now instructed for a valuation to be carried out. Does this mean I've passed the credit and affordability checks with them, given that they've now spending time/money to do a valuation?
Understandably, they could still carry out further checks later down the line, but would be great to know whether having a valuation instructed brings me one step closer!
