Hi All, wondering what my best option would be here. mortgage fixed rate ends 31st oct when we will go onto standard variable rate (currently 3.99) with natwest.
we don't owe enough to remortgage on another fixed rate and i dont like the idea of being on a variable rate :-(
what shall i do!!!??

I assume by the above, that you mean you are coming to the end of your mortgage and your balance is nominal. If so, just change the rate with Natwest directly when they approach you with their retention rates.I am a Mortgage Broker.
