I have an AVCE in ICT! You are the only other person I have ever come across to have on.

It's funny because they got rid of the AVCE in ICT and in terms of UCAS it no longer carries any points. I was told some Universities would still consider it.

At the moment I'm trying to give myself job ideas. I know the one main skill I could transfer across is probably customer service. There's tons of customer service roles on Indeed.

It's a role that would allow me to transfer my skills. It's something I'd consider.

I had a look at the website but I couldn't find any criteria because I have a few health conditions, in particular a bad knee that's awaiting physio treatment and I'm guessing that would restrict me.

Perhaps a bit obvious to say, but you have another 35 years to retirement, so it's definitely not too late to change. Make sure that you feel enthusiastic about what you aim for though as that makes it much easier to maintain motivation while learning something new.

I can somewhat relate to your situation. I do hope you can find something that you would like.
