Captain Jack is back! The third instalment of the ever popular Pirates series – Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End - is released on a 2-Disc DVD on Monday 19th November.

In this instalment we find our heroes Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann join forces with Captain Barbossa on a quest to the end of the world to free Captain Jack Sparrow from the madness of Davy Jones’ locker. Navigating through treachery, betrayal and the wild waters of the high seas they make their way to exotic Singapore to confront the cunning Chinese pirate Sao Fen.

To celebrate the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End on DVD we are offering the chance for you and a friend to go to Singapore for five nights. You’ll get return flights from London to Singapore, five nights at the Shangri-La Rosa resort on a room only basis and a harbour excursion with dinner.

1. Promoter: Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (UK & Ireland), a division of The Walt Disney Company Ltd, 3 Queen Caroline Street, London W6 9PE (“Promoter”).

2. Prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees, agents and/or the immediate family of Promoter and/or Borders or anyone else professionally connected to the prize draw.

3. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. To be eligible for selection, entrants must submit their name and e-mail address on the online entry form.

5. Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries.

6. All winning entries will be selected randomly by an independent judge selected by Promoter or its agents from all entries received and winners will receive confirmation that they have won a prize via phone call within one month of the draw taking place. Winners must reply within 14 days of receipt. If no response is received by Promoter within 14 days, Promoter reserves the right to select other winners. The judge's decision is final.

7. Personal Information about prize winners will be shared with Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to the prize winners.

8. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.


9. Promoter reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the present prize draw if circumstances require it.


10. Prize Details: Prize is for 2 adults and includes one Superior Hill View room at the Shangri-La Rosa resort in Singapore on a room only basis for five nights; economy return flights from London to Singapore with Malaysian Airlines; airline passenger duty taxes; travel insurance; and a Harbour excursion with dinner. Prize is valid for travel between 16th January, 2008 and 15th June 2008, excluding 15th – 21st March, 2008 and is subject to availability upon winners requested date of travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be declared at time of booking. The winner & guest must make and pay for their own travel arrangements to and from the London airport, all other meals, drinks, hotel incidentals, telephone calls, room service or any other costs incurred by the winner and/or guest. The winner & guest must sign an indemnity form prior to taking the trip due to standard operating procedures. Winner & guest are responsible for ensuring all persons travelling have valid passports and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with international travel and/or any immigration regulations.

11. The abbreviated names and counties of the winners can be obtained following the announcement of winner(s) by writing to Borders Pirates Competition, Momentum, 42 St Johns Square, London, EC1M 4EA.

12. Entrants accept that if they win, Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this Prize Draw and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
