When I tried they offered me £2 a month reduction just before their charges went up by £3 per month.
For a communications company they are the pits!
At least with Sky you stand a chance of getting a deal out of them.

You need to go through to disconnections for the better deals, the number they put on the price increase letters is more limited on what they can/will offer (disconnections offered me £7.39 a month lower than the best price offered by their other number/extensions)

They didn't offer me anything so I went through topcashback with sky which worked out at £29.66 a month after taking into consideration the £60 tcb for fibre plus anytime calls.
I had a message on my account to contact BT for them to offer me something so rang up and was offered £30.99 a month plus £1.75 a month for bt sport which I accepted as it wasn't much more than sky plus i would get the sport.
I rang sky up to cancel and they offered me £10 a month off my line rental for 12 months so am now going to pay £23 a month for fibre unlimited and anytime calls.
Today I had a phone call off bt and i told them i was sticking with going to sky unless they could match what sky had offered me they put a note on my account and left it at that so i will wait and see if they come back with a better offer if not then sky it is.
