Filling out the Form

Hi all,
I'm in the process of filling out the online form to apply for bankruptcy.
I just have a couple of questions but will give you a brief overview of my situation.
Adults in Household..... 2
Children in Household.... 4 (18, 17, 14, and 5) All in education
My Monthly Income...... 800.84 per month (part time)
Wife's Monthly Income...... 0 (student)
Benefits ....... 2400 per month (all paid into my wifes account but a joint claim)
With my wage I pay:
Rent £415 (council tax property)
Council Tax £92
TV Licence £12.83
Virgin £76.99
Storage Facility £31.80
Car Insurance £35.69
Phone Bill... £8.26
House Insurance £10.52
Overpayment of Housing Benefit £50.00
Gas and Electric £50
This obviously leaves me with nothing. All shopping and other expenses we use my wifes account.
I understand the Virgin Payment is high. The reason for this is we have an autistic son who has a love of movies and having Sky Cinema actually helps him relax. This is actually documented in doctors notes although I don't have a copy. How will the OR look at this?
The overpayment of housing benefit is on both our names as it is a joint claim. Can I add this to my creditors?
When filling out the form the wording says something along the lines of - 'Please list all your households expenditure' and then underneath it says 'leave blank if you don't contribute'. My question is what do I need to fill out? Do I just fill in the above that I actually pay or should I list all of our families costs even though the majority come out of my wifes bank account?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your wife has no income and therefore cannot contribute to the household expenses. Her savings are her own
You have not listed water, road tax, car fuel, car maintenance and mot, food & housekeeping, clothing. small allowances for gifts, holiday, haircuts are all ok, as would be prescriptions, dental, glasses and so on.
Who owns the car and how much is it worth?
The hb overpayment is not an allowable expense and must be listed as a debt. The liability will switch to your wife if it is joint.
You can explain about virgin.
What is being stored at the storage facility?
How much are your debts?0 -
speak to the council to see who the main applicant is for Housing Benefit is. there is a main applicant only - it is not a joint claim.
not much info given, but if the HB over payment was proven as fraudulent, then it will not be written off regardless.0 -
Thank you for the replies.
I haven't put any additional expenses such as MOT etc. as all of this is paid out of my wifes account.
We join all our money together but paid out of my bank is what I listed originally.
When filling out the form do I just add what comes out of my bank or do I fill out all our family expenses?
Our car is valued at £720 as it was involved in an accident and is a Category N write off.
The storage unit was for a caravan that we had (we no longer have it as it leaked through the winter and it was scrapped) we still pay for the storage as my brother in law stalls his caravan there and pays my wife cash each month for it.0 -
Do as a whole the household income/outgoings
what i did was list hubbies income after his contractual payments
